Welcome to Broneerime ("we," "us," or "our"). Broneerime service is provided by Valge Himaalaja OÜ (reg. no 14342187). By accessing or using our services, including our website located at broneeri.me (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws). You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the accounts of other users.
The free trial will begin the day the account is opened and will end when 14 days has passed.
You are responsible for cancelling your account. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team or through the account management section of the Service. Upon cancellation, all your content and data will be permanently deleted, and we will not be able to recover this information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. If we terminate your account, we will provide notice to you by email or through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. We may also change pricing for paid accounts with 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided by posting an update on our website or through the Service itself. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Broneerime and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
You retain all rights to the data you upload or submit to the Service, including booking information, personal details, and any other relevant information. By submitting data, you grant Broneerime a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, and display this data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including booking management, customer communication, and account administration.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broneerime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Broneerime, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any disputes related to your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Republic of Estonia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
