An infill happens in the right week or not at all
Lashes need an infill every two to three weeks. If your client sleeps through that window she loses the set and you lose a regular. The system sends a confirmation the moment she books and a reminder the day before, by email or SMS. If she cannot come, she cancels herself and the slot goes straight back on sale.

- Yes, you set the duration per service. The booking page only offers start times where the chosen service fits in full.
- Can I add a holiday or a day off?
- Yes. Put it in your Google Calendar or change your schedule, and the booking page stops offering those times to anyone.
